Pursuant to the Amendment to the Prospectus of the IMGP Dbi Hedge Strategy ETF (the “Fund”) filed on July 23, 2024, the Fund was liquidated following the close of business on Friday September 20, 2024. Shareholders of the fund received a distribution in an amount equal to their shareholdings multiplied by the final Net Asset Value of the Fund, which was $27.3994.
